At ASTERMODEL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unused and undamaged
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital items or downloadable content
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that pose shipping hazards (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted and processed, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the US, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been inspected and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund
